Project Glow 40 is an 8-week journey designed to help women in their 40s transform their bodies, boost their energy, and build lasting confidence. The program is divided into four powerful phases: Phase 1: Reset (Weeks 1–2) – Reconnect with your energy and set a strong foundation for change. Phase 2: Strength & Confidence (Weeks 3–4) – Build strength, stamina, and self-trust through targeted workouts and supportive routines. Phase 3: Glow Up (Weeks 5–6) – Elevate your energy, endurance, and radiance as you progress through more challenging activities. Phase 4: Live Bolder (Weeks 7–8) – Lock in your results, celebrate your achievements, and embrace your unstoppable glow. Throughout Project Glow 40, you’ll receive easy-to-follow weekly workouts (20–40 minutes each), daily Glow Habits to transform how you feel, and a reflection and tracking workbook to keep you motivated.
